Back to all reviewsI'm sending several boxes in different days. The first 3 arrived quickly and safely. All is good except: it's impossible to get in contact with them! I've tried FB, direct email, phone in London. Nobody answers! I had to change something that was wrong in the second order and it's impossible to get any help. Not a real call center (not one actually), no assistance at all. You open a ticket, but you don't get answers and you don't know what to do. It's a great service, but this is really annoying. So be sure: do not make any mistakes is placing the order. Also: waiting all day for the pickup can be a problem, it will be much easier at least to choose between morning or afternoon.
