Back to all reviewsDespués de tres semanas sigo sin recibir ninguna respuesta por Ecoparcel. Recogieron mi caja pero nadie me puede decir dónde está. Desde la empresa subcontratada AGL me informan que en sus registros aparece como dañada. Han puesto una reclamación a Ecoparcel pero nadie da una respuesta. He enviado más de 10 e-mails y la única respuesta que he recibido es que me darán una respuesta. Pero como se puede considerar una empresa profesional con este tipo de respuesta? Cómo alguien puede confiar en el envío de sus paquetes cuando no hay un departamento que te informa en caso de pérdida, daño o retraso ? Esto es vergonzoso, no es la primera vez que me llega una caja dañada. Ahora simplemente no ha llegado. No aconsejo en absoluto contratar con ellos porque, sí, puedes tener suerte y que te llegue pero si no te llega nunca te contestarán para informarte. Estoy totalmente desesperada y nadie me informa de nada. No hay un teléfono de atención al cliente lo que hace más injusta la reclamación.
