They do not have a phone, they do not inform in time neither they reply to the emails fast, especially when the content of them is regarding the refunding! They blame DSL, which for sure makes many mistakes as far as the transportation is concerned, but since EcoParcel is the company I contacted, they should serve me in the best way, but they don't. They are really unprofessional!!!
