Back to all reviewsUnacceptable. I won't recommend anyone to use this service. Yes it could work well, maybe even in most cases. BUT if you are any bit of unlucky, your parcel will be delivered to a person you don't even know. AND the customer service is totally useless. There's absolutely nothing you can do if you happen to be unlucky with it. They won't answer your email, they won't help you find your lost parcel, of course there is no refund or any sort of insurance. It is a joke. Seriously. If you trust your luck, or the parcel is not too important you can give it a try. BUT please be prepared to lost your stuff and your money and your temper for it. Because for me it turned out to be ridiculous.
