Back to all reviewsThe biggest problem was with the pick up and delivery timing, although they do not guarantee a specific time for each, you only realize how bad it is when you have a large pack to send; in our case, we were on the third floor without a lift, we were expecting the courier to call at least a few minutes before so that we could take the package down the stairs, we had not sealed the pack so that we could take the contents separately (we had a total of 100kg to ship) and seal the boxes downstairs. But without any prior notice, our doorbell rang and the courier was really angry that we did not have the boxes downstairs so I paid him extra to help us bring down the boxes. We had a similar experience with receiving the the package, my wife had to stay in the house for three days waiting for it to arrive.
