They refunded me the shipment costs, but this is not even a fraction of the value I sent. Claims policy is a complete scam: I even purchased the extra insurance, but you can only claim reimbursement if you have complete invoices for all the things you sent. They were personal things, books, toys and clothes, some memorabilia, that have been with us for years - of course we don't have invoices for them. So our things were lost, and we get nothing back. I would caution against using this company, or know exactly what risk you're taking
