Back to all reviewsMy parcel, a very big luggage, was lost. Someone probably stole it, cause you can't lose a luggage so big, but no investigations were made. The answer to all my complains about the situation was "we will give you back your insurance money". I sent the mail with all the information ecoparcel asked me to have my insurance for the lost parcel in August. I did not receive any reply and any money, now that it is october i am still waiting! I wrote many times to ecoparcel facebook assistence and they blocked me so i can not write to them anymore! Worst experience ever! I strongly recommend you not to use ecoparcel for your shippins! I observed a huge lack of professionalism and and decency. They made my lost my money and a luggage with many clothes and objects. I can not find any positive thing on this experience with ecoparcel:.
