Back to all reviewsI've been trying and trying to get hold of this company. I organized a shipment to the UK from Denmark. My parcel ended up in Holland (photos on my parcel clearly labelled with our UK address) We received the company in Hollands parcel in the UK (The parcel was clearly labelled for Holland not the UK) GLS were the courier and made this error but Ecoparcel have proved a very poor customer service by ignoring my emails sent via their contact us page and even via facebook.
