The local courier said he would not come on the organized day, as he had “things to do that were more important”then he said we weren’t in when we booked a collection for another day, although we waited in all day. Then the parcel arrived in pieces and our client was very upset. They have no contact number and do not respond to emails for days. Do not use. This company refused our claim for our smashed merchandise, saying we needed to have filled in paperwork at the destination for a claim, how is that possible! Very unprofessional and impossible to contact.
