Back to all reviewsWORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After one week, I have received parcially my order from Italy ( Rome) to Denmark ( Copenhagen). Three parcels are TOTALLY DISAPPEARED and ecoparcel is completely not aware of the situation. They answered after 2 days ( Customer service useless) and they stated that they parcels are been delivered even they are not. ( of course I have all the traking numbers not delivered) If would be nice to be contacted from ecoparcel with more information! Furthermore the parcels arrived, even we followed all the intructions, they were PS I have contacted you again! And I am still waiting for an answer.
