Back to all reviewsMy parcel was picked up on September 22 and never delivered to the destination. I reported its loss, they said they would look for it and if it was not found within 9 days, they would send me information for making a claim. It has been 19 days since then, no replies to my email, no money back, package is still lost. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
