Back to all reviewsGood and easy. Recently shipped a rather big (~10kg) box with Ecoparcel and it was a very pleasant experience yet again. I have used this service a couple of times before, and never encountered any big problems, only once the parcel collection was delayed by one day. Not that it mattered though. This shipment was very easy as well. The courier collected at around 10am, and the online tracking started in the afternoon. I was able to track it on their new website the whole time, and it even reached the destination a day early!. By the way, kudos to finally launching a good new website, Ecoparcel! I have to say, even for a person like me (with rather limited IT knowledge), the new Eco is really easy to use. Everything is nice an simple, plus the design is pretty. Overall, a good experience. Will definitely use again, most likely for Christmas!
