Back to all reviewsThe parcel was delivered successfully and without any damage. Customer service was replying fast via email. However, the parcel was collected one day late and delivered one day late. On the day of picking up/delivery, they said that it can be collected anytime between 8am-18pm so basically, it's two days waiting home for nothing.... Apart from that, smooth service.
