Back to all reviewsIch hatte dort schon mehrmals Pakete verschickt, aber von mal zu mal wurden die Konditionen schlechter. Das erste mal ist vorbildlich verlaufen, alles wie angegeben, innerhalb weniger Tage war das Paket unbeschadet angekommen. Beim zweiten Mal gab es ständig Probleme, (shipper absent, out for delivery aber courier ist nicht gekommen etc.) ist aber nach gut 10 Tagen endlich angekommen. Das dritte Mal war definitiv mein letztes Mal, da zuerst das paket verspätet abgeholt wurde, und bis heute noch nicht angekommen ist (bald drei wochen nach bestellung) Jeden Tag bekomme ich erneut eine Mail, dass es zwischen 8-6pm geliefert werden wird, aber es kommt nicht an. Auf meine Bitten und Anfragen hin an das Team, werde ich nur mit höflichen Phrasen vertröstet 'we are very sorry for the delays, we contacted the depot in charge to deliver your parcel asap. We hope this time everything goes right'. Wahrscheinlich sitzt nur ein Computersystem hinter deren Kundenaccount und ich warte hier wie eine blöde, dass was passiert. Nie mehr !!!
