Back to all reviewsLOST MY PHONE, COMPANY IS NOT CONTACTABLE I used this company to send a phone from Spain to the UK. The phone vanished and my parcel never arrived. I am now unable to contact the company as there is no number listed on their website, and they do not reply to customer service emails or messages on FB. I paid for insurance (which was extra) but as they won't reply to my emails I haven't been able to process a claim. They took my money, took my phone and vanished. Ignore the good reviews on FB (are they real?) DO NOT USE.
