The parcel was not collected and i got an e-mail that it will be collected on the next working day But on the next working day i wouldn't have been in the city anymore, so i needed to contact ecoparcel urgently. I tried to contact the company on friday at 3 pm (so not after the working day). Nevertheless the support center was supposed to work until 6, at 3 it was already closed. By closed i mean offline, because the company doesn't have any hotline, one can write them only an e-mail or in facebook messenger.
