Back to all reviewsI did ship 2 times with ecoparcel: first a 30 kg box from Italy to Czech republic that got lost: for a loss of 300 euro. After 5 months of complaining the only thing they refund me was the shipping costs. So i "tryed" to ship again with them, an other 30 kg box from Italy to Czech: this time arrived without problems in one week. I'm still not sure about their reliability.
