Order done 2-4 days, after 7 days no package received, try to contact customer service, it doesn't exist for ecoparcel, contact asm company who deliver the package. Aparently still in.Spain and gave me a number to call myself, no answer in whole day, sent family to warehouse next day, package left after 8 days, after 11 days no news about it, call again, it is in uk but they don't know when it will be delivered, they said between 8 and 6, like u can be home all day. Courier never call. Really bad experience, never again. No possible to contact for refund, only by email and if you cancel the parcel. If u can avoid this company.
