Ho spedito dei pacchi dalla Slovacchia all'Italia e il ritiro è stato differito per più giorni falsamente addossato a me la colpa. È avvenuto solo dopo giorni di chiamate e insistenze anche direttamente al corriere. Dopo la partenza e 3 giorni di viaggio I pacchi sono rimasti fermi per 7 giorni in Austria, poi irrintracciabili fino al giorno prima della consegna. Operatori di Gls Italia molto scortesi. Consegna avvenuta in 10 giorni anziché i 3-5 previsti. Esperienza sgradevole.
