I paid 84 EUROS, Customer service sent me and email more than 15 days ago saying in 7 days I supost to have the money in my account, A month ago and nobody reply my messages!!!! I WANT MY MONEY, YOU DID NOT GIVE YOUR SERVICES TO ME. As customers we have rights, I am going to my bank today to explain that and contact to visa. Do not use this company, Genei its great!!
