Back to all reviewsFirstly, when I registered I did not get the new member €5 discount and although I have explained to customer service I have done everything theu said is necessary I still kept getting excuses. The parcel was picked up 1.5h late without any communication from ecoparcel at all. The parcel tracking system was extremely confusing and the customer service was extremely slow in replying to inquiries, if they did at all. Lastly, the parcel arrived one day later than it should have arrived the latest. This all would have been a much better experience if the customer service was better and if there was a number to call and not only fb message or email.
