They cancelled my collection because apparently I "was absent" even thouugh I waited all day long for them to come, and I did not even get a phone call when they "came for collection" because my phone number was not from the same country I wanted the box to be collected. Abusive prices, lack of any kind of empathy or seriousness or commitment.
