Back to all reviewsMy parcel has been marked as "delivered" but it was never received! Shipping address was a company with reception, and there is no name in the delivery name field on the Track and Trace. Who received it then? This is very serious: how would you EVER dare delivering a parcel to a company without signature / name of recipient! This makes me think to a fraudulent behavior. I dont mind if you take a day more or two for delivery, but how on earth can you miss the right address? Plus, without even indicating who you delivered to? Utterly unprofessional, and legally liable! This is a very suspicious accident, and will be enquired accordingly.
