Back to all reviewsSehr schnelle Lieferung. Das Servicepersonal war sehr bemüht da ich kurzfristig gebucht hatte und in wenigen Tagen zum Flughafen musste. Danke! Und nach dem die Abholung nicht geklappt hatte, da meine Koffer nicht als die abzuholenden Pakete erkannt wurden, ist der Fahrer sogar noch einmal zurück gekommen. Lediglich die langen Wartezeiten bezüglich des Schriftverkehrs per Mail, welche jedoch aufgrund der Weihnachtszeit nachvollziehbar sind, kann ich bemängeln. Ich würde es wieder tun, nach dem ich mir viel Mühe gespart habe. Man sollte jedoch ein paar Tage Luft lassen, falls der erste Abholungsversuch scheitern sollte, da der gewählte Termin lediglich ein Wunschtermin ist.
