Back to all reviewsNo customer service - 2 parcels lost. Sent 2 parcels using Ecoparcel (November 2017)- one for the UK and one for Germany. The currier (GLS) mixed up the two parcels (which both had the right Ecoparcel label) - so the parcels ended up in the wrong countries. Have been in contact with Liza from Ecoparcel app. 6 times since the incident. She has promised to solve the problem but nothing has happened. I'll try to solve this issue through Trustpilot - hoping that Ecoparcel will act. Regards Jesper
