Back to all reviewsOpened a ticket with them #51725 since my parcel was damaged in transit. This was 2017-11-21 , I was told that they should reach a resolution within 30 Days. Both me and the sender has since then been trying to communicate with Ecoparcel but with no results. There has been no updates and no resolution to my claim. Me and the sender keep on asking for updates and information but they just keep on ignoring us. Please take your responsibility as a Company and solve our claim.
