Back to all reviewsMy order was never collected, they had a problem to pick it up for several days, so i got tired of them and asked for a refund. It was 3 weeks ago and i still didn't get my money back. Moreover they don't respond to y e-mails and messages anymore. I guess i will have to initiate a legal process with them. Be careful and never use Ecoparcel, it will be the most unpleasant experience.
