Back to all reviews2 days late but still good value. I used Ecoparcel to send a suitcase in general was good. The only problem was that the courier didn't find the house first time. It would be easier if they called, but they didn't, so they picked up the suitcase next week. Also they said that the suitcase would be in the destination in 5 days and it was 7. I protected the suitcase with lot of plastic protection because I thought they would treat bad but in fact the suitcase was perfect, even the plastic protection was almost new. Really cheap and in general good service. Really good value.
