Back to all reviewsFor a week the company couldn't pick up my order. Then i asked my money back, they transferred it to my Ecoparcel Account, but of course i don't want to work with them anymore. I asked to transfer the money back to my card and that never happened. I am trying to reach them already for a month, but no one answers me. And there is no phone to call. Never ever use this company
