Back to all reviewsThe service itself was ok and no drama. The customer services side is hardly quality. Tracking claims to have collected the parcel when it was sitting by my desk, and customer services seem not to be bothered by the system lying. At least the parcel got there in one piece. Improve the customer service... replying two days after I sent the query, especially when you only have email support, to tell me what I already know and then ignore my response is not very good Oh, they also sent another survey request that does not go to TrustPilot. Guess what, the link does not work. You cannot tell them either... since they send from a no reply address.
