I purchased additional insurance when sending the package but it is impossible to get anyone to answer my claim requests. They didn't even reimburse me the money that I paid for the shipping: it is locked in my "ecoparcel balance" to use in the future, even though after this experience I wouldn't dream of using it again, so it's as good as lost. Most people seem to be happy with their services, but be advised that if there is a problem and the package gets lost, you'll never get any of it back.
