Back to all reviewsI placed the order on their website two days before the collection. And they failed to come on the proposed day without any notice. Far worse, I wrote to them by email and messages on the same day, no one responded at all. Then I fully expected them to collect it on the next day, THEY FAILED AGAIN! I wrote to them again and no replies at all. On the third day, AGAIN THEY FAILED TO COLLECT MY PARCELS! I was really freaking out because I literally did nothing just to wait for the collection for 3 day but all failed! They didn't even respond to my email or message! They didn't come to collect before I left my city. Then I have to beg my friend to take care of the parcels and waited for another day ! At the end the customer service finally responded but never answered any questions I asked! Useless! They don't care about the distress, frustration caused! THEY ARE JUST INHUMAN!
