Back to all reviewsThe service is cheap and I’ve always ended up getting my stuff eventually, but if anything goes wrong the employees are difficult and slow to communicate with, don’t answer questions, and don’t take action to solve problems. If the packages aren’t delivered and picked up successfully on the first try, be prepared to have to pull teeth in order to get the information to communicate directly with the shipper.
