The place to pick up was the clinic of my sistr and father , so it was opened and with plenty of people who knew there was a courier coming for the package, The courier didn't show up at all and it was marked as "nobody home". After that they rearrange the pick up for monday, without consulting me as the company policy says. Fortunately the clinic was opened all day, with inside many people aware of the courier coming to pick up and again NOBODY SHOWN UP. That's the worst expedition service ever. Thanks Ecoparcel, you have lost a customer for your lack of professionality.
