My package was sent in the wrong country(after I investigate , and try to reach the courier),.After I speak trough Ecoparcel platform customer service ,i got a response after 2 weeks.It`s been 2 mounts that I did`t hear anything about my package and they stop replying me on the e-mails that I sent. It`s like a company that don`t exist , I think its a ghost company. Don`t trust these guys,forget about sending anything because it will get lost somewhere in the world and you won`t be able to contact anyone because they don`t have a phone number, email or contact person. Worst company in the world !
