They lost one of my packages and after two weeks of contacting them, I have still to receive a response from their customer services. Their website interface is great to use, that is, unless you need to get in contact with them, which is impossible. My package was insured because it was quite valuable and urgent, but so far I have not been contacted about my insurance claim either. Spectacularly awful experience.
