Back to all reviewsDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - October -They took a week to collect the parcel even though I booked next day collection -The item arrived a week later damaged and not at the recipients address. I then had to open a claim to be refunded the damages during transit by the courier. I was told on numerous occassions from their customer services that the claim is being handled. This is now February - I have been to the ECC and have no choice but to take legal action against this company - they did not act within in the agreed service i paid for and have now lost a considerable amount of money and time.
