Back to all reviewsEfficient and cheap service with just some communication problems. I used Ecoparcel twice, once from Italy to Denmark and another time from Denmark to Belgium. Both times the packages were delivered with no problems. Just a couple of issues: the first time the parcel was picked up 1 day later than expected, but maybe it happened due to the short notice and being during a holiday period. It also took a little more than expected to be delivered (around 1 week). The second time, after ordering it, I haven't received any confirmation email (I got one the first time), so I wasn't sure if the pickup was confirmed for the chosen day or not. The assistance center was quick to reply, but unfortunately, due to unknown problems, they couldn't find my order in the system. Eventually the package was picked up on time and quickly delivered in a couple of days. I would suggest to work a bit on the system communication and consistency part, but other than that it is an excellent service for an extremely competitive price!
