Their good reviews are mostly fake, check out their facebook page - filled with customers who have had their card charged, and parcels picked up, only never to be seen again. After pick up, nobody from customer service ever gets back to you. VISA should stop accepting them as they are clearly NOT A LEGIT COMPANY. I should have googled 'ECOPARCEL FRAUD' before using them. DO NOT use them if you ever want to see your stuff again. GOOGLE ECOPARCEL FRAUD and you'll find some interestsing results. Now I no longer trust trustpilot so much because they have good reviews here many of which I suspect are fake.
