Back to all reviewsSince posting a review on trustpilot about Ecoparcel.eu, i was advised by trading standards to send a letter by registered post;setting out my claim for compensation.This letter was to be signed for;eco parcel refused to accept the letter and it was returned by royal mail to me.More than 3 months have elapsed since they admitted they had lost my parcel and yet they have still not instigated my compensation.I am now instigating court proceedings and contacting their insurer;s ombudsman.Not a single contact made since 5th December 2017.All e-mails go ignored and looking on Trustpilot;this appears to be how they treat lots of their customers.Donot use there services,pay a bit more and get a proffesional parcel service.You may get all the parcels you send delivered,instead of the shoddy service i and many others have endured.You have a choice,makethe right one anddont end up hundreds of pounds out of pocket!
