Vivo en Londres y mis padres me mandan cajas desde España, empezamos utilizando Ecoparcel porque puedes enviar muchos Kg por un precio muy razonable, pero como dicen, lo barato sale caro. La primera caja que me enviaron desde España a Londres tardó en llegar una eternidad, mirábamos el seguimiento y aparecía que estaba en Alemania!!!! Como no tienen teléfono de contacto es frustrante y muy difícil contactar con ellos y saber que pasa con tu paquete. No obstante tonta de mi decidí darle una segunda oportunidad ya que la primera vez nos cobraron DOBLE y no nos devolvían el dinero... Me volvieron a enviar una segunda caja desde España el Miércoles pasado, estamos a Martes y aún la caja sigue en las oficinas en España, no hay forma de contactar con ellos así que aquí puedo seguir esperando!!! Eso si si te traen el paquete 2 veces y no estas en casa para recogerlo no vuelven a traerlo más y tienes que ir tu a por el! Servicio PESIMO, compensa pagar un poco más y saber que tu paquete va a llegarte!
