Back to all reviewsI never experienced a customer service as bad as Ecoparcel's. The request for sending was made on 16th January and now, February 14th I still don't know where one of my parcels is. The contact person assigned by Ecoparcel stopped answer me 2 days after the 1st contact and I had to figure it out, all by myself, which transportation company they use and when my parcels were stored. I also had to physically go to a Warehouse to get one of my parcels - the other one was not there anymore and I still don't have the parcel. Despite the multiple contact attempts, my tickets were never answered my Ecoparcel's team. I also asked for a refund and I never had the first answer to that ticket. I do not recommend Ecoparcel services - they do not stand up to their mission and the customer service is practically inexistent.
