Back to all reviewsI sent 2 parcels to 2 different countries, the packages were switched and sent to the wrong countries. I tried to contact ecoparcel and explain what the situation is and ask them to fix their mistake. Did not get any answer for months even though the complaints that I filed are solved according to the website. I would have been nice to at least get an adequate answer.
