Back to all reviewsHave been sending packages with them for a while just because they are cheap. There has always been problems with collection. Delivery taking ages. But today they crossed a line and I will NO LONGER USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY! My package from Spain to Poland was sent 10days ago, today I got a message that if I don't pay extra 70euro it will not be delivered and will be returned back to Spain. They suddenly decided that our package is too big even though for the last months I have been sending packages EXACTLY the same size (complying with the size given on their website) DHL would work out cheaper and WAAAAAAAYYYY FASTER. DO NO'T USE THEM. they will either loose your package, won't collect it or charge you extra for no reason.
