Back to all reviewsUnacceptable service The parcel was not delivered in 4-6 days but in 13 days, which is unacceptable. Friends parcel picket at the same time from same address came 5 days earlier. The condition of the parcel is like someone took a baseball bat and hit it at least 20 times. It's almost unrecognizable. Honest delivery dates, carefully chosen partners for delivery and better service will do wonders. Only if Ecoparcel wanted it.
