Back to all reviewsI had used Ecoparcel in the past, but this time they didn't come to pick my packet. The online customer Center and the option to get a refund are disabled, and they did not answer the phone either. My last attempt was to write a signed and certified letter to the official Ecoparcel's address, but it was returned because "the Receiver was not found in that address"... So no delivery, no customer service, no money back and no real contact data. But they are keeping indeed the money anyway. Such a scam! :(
