Back to all reviewsI wrote my review few weeks ago that this is horrible company! They lost my parcel and now I am waiting for my compensation since January... They ignore all your emails and if you receive one it will be usless because all they will say that your claim is still with claim department... ( if my compensation takes few month and its still with claim department imagine how many complains they have?! How much money they need to return to people?!) I agree with the reviews below that the majory of good coments are fake because I know many people that they are still waiting for the compensations or refunds. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!
