Back to all reviewsThey take long to pick up or delivery the parcels. After contacting customer service , they promised to pick up the day after but failed again. Lost time and money as I've been waiting almost a week for the parcel to be shipped. And of course had to stay all week in my office waiting, without being able to go out with fear they come and I'm not there... This is not the first time that happened, I tried to give them a second, a third chance but now It's enough.
