Back to all reviewsMy package should have been arrived within 2 between 4 working day. I sent it last monday, therefore on friday it should have been arrived. Today, on tuesday, the package is not here yet. The worst is, however, that there isn't any update at all on the tracking system, and that nobody has been answering for days neither on facebook nor on email, and there isn't any phone contact as well. It can happen, of course, that there is a delay or that a package gets lost, but I have zero information about where the package is right now and why it was not delivered. They should at least let the customers know. After writing this review, they said the delay was due an incorrect phone number. However, we just tried to call this number and my phone number was correct. I don't think therefore this was the reason for the huge delay.
