Back to all reviews20 days ago, I use Ecoparcel to send me a parcel from Spain to UK, it was a problem with the address and the caries never did the delivery but he never call me or send me any kind of information about. when I released about what was happening, I TRY to contact them, and I send them a lot emails, only one was answered in this one, "Liza" who I suppose is a worker for the company, she answer me asking my details which are in my ecoparcel account, of course at the moment I send her everything again. Anyway she never reply me again. And now when I see the information of the track, I see that the parcel is in Spain again, but how knows where. I received a horrible service this time, and I can't understand why they do not contact with the customer. Even if you try to call them, you can't find any contact number.
